Returns Eligibility

You can initiate a return if the following conditions are met:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Only apparel items are eligible. Innerwear and customized/printed items are not returnable.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

• Worn, damaged, or used products
• Personalized or custom-printed T-shirts
• Products returned without original packaging
• Gift cards or promotional items

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues or defective products.
• To process an exchange, please share images of the product and order number via email.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

Return Shipping

• We offer free reverse pickup in serviceable pin codes.
• In case reverse pickup is not available, you may ship the product to our address. Shipping cost will be reimbursed (up to ₹80) upon approval.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Email us at support@indianacraft.com with:
   • Order ID
   • Reason for return
   • Product images (in case of defect/damage)
2. Wait for return approval and pickup instructions.
3. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the courier agent.

Important Notes

• Refunds are not processed if return criteria are not met.
• Indianacraft reserves the right to refuse returns in case of abuse of policy.
• Any dispute will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Jhansi, India Only.
