Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping will be introduced soon.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 2-6 business days (Monday to Saturday).
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, etc.

Shipping Charges

• FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• For orders below ₹499, a nominal ₹40 shipping charge applies.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional fee of ₹30.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also track your order anytime using the “Track My Order” section on our website.

Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability:

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us.
• Reshipping can be arranged with an additional shipping charge.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India. Stay tuned as we plan to launch global delivery soon.
